摘  要：促进学生学科素养的养成是新课改后我国基础教育的重要教学目标。学生语文素养的高低不仅影响其语文成绩的提高，甚至会对其他学科产生严重影响。因此，语文素养的培养应被摆放在重要位置。语文是工具性和人文性相统一的学科，在小学语文教学中，教师要从听、说、读、写各个方面入手，采用有效策略促进学生智力与情感的双向发展，真正实现小学语文教学质量的飞升。

培養和发展学生的学科素养是此次新课改提出的重要教学目标，也是今后基础教育教学改革和努力的方向。语文是兼具工具性和人文性的学科，要想培养学生的语文素养，教师在教学中就要注重知识目标和情感目标的双向把握，在教学中既传播知识又培养情感，二者不可偏废其一。小学时期是学生奠基语文大厦基石的黄金时期，在教学中，教师要站在“大语文”教学的高度去把握语文教学的方向，既要考虑小学生的实际学情也要关心他们未来的发展需求，在此基础上设计和制定教学方法，不断帮助学生提升自身的语文素养。

1. 在识字写字教学中尽情体会语文的魅力

（1）利用网络资源，引导学生快乐识字

识字是学生学习语文的第一步，文字是学生感受语言情感和语文魅力的重要媒介。语文教师在教学生认字的时候，不仅要注重基础知识的传授，更要注重引导学生从中领略和体会语文的魅力。……
