【摘要】明确少数民族地区居民健康素养提升策略，不仅可以促进少数满足地区居民树立科学的健康观和健康意识，提升自我保健能力和健康问题的应对能力，提升全民健康水平和生命质量，同时，也将助推中国“中医中药中国行”、“健康国家”和 “健康城市”的建设。为了切实提高少数民族地区居民健康素养，针对少数民族地区居民深受其民族文化及传统中医药、民族医药文化等影响的特殊性，其健康素养的提高应当本着对民族文化的尊重的前提下，因地制宜、因人制宜的開展。

Strategies for improving health literacy of residents in Minority Areas

[Abstract]To clarify the health literacy promotion strategy of the residents in ethnic minority areas can not only promote the residents in the minority areas to establish a scientific health concept and health awareness， improve self-care ability and coping ability of health problems， and improve the health level and quality of life of the whole people， but also boost the construction of “Chinese medicine in China”， “healthy country” and “healthy city”. In order to effectively improve the health literacy of residents in ethnic minority areas， in view of the particularity of the residents in minority areas deeply affected by their national culture， traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine culture， the improvement of their health literacy should be carried out according to local conditions and individual conditions on the premise of respecting national culture.

健康素养与人们的健康密切相关，低健康素养会阻碍医患沟通，使人们不能有效的预防疾病的发生和控制疾病的发展。研究显示，低健康素养者的住院率是具有健康素养者的2倍，对个人和社会造成了巨大的经济负担。而居民要知晓健康知识与理念相对较为容易，但要养成健康行为习惯和掌握健康技能却较难，常常会出现“知而不行”的认知不协调的情况。因此，为了切实提高居民健康素养，必须将重点关注到对人们行为改变有效的策略上来，明确需要通过采取什么措施才能使人们的行为发生变化。而针对少数民族地区，居民长期在民族文化的背景下，尤其是深受传统中医药、民族医药文化的影响，其健康素养的提高应当本着对民族文化的……
