【摘要】目的：探讨在改善股骨远端骨折患者膝关节功能及生活质量中实施延续性康复护理服务的效果。方法：选择2017年4月至2020年4月期间于本院治疗股骨远端骨折的52例患者作为研究对象，根据入院时间分组，将2017年4月至2018年12月入院治疗的患者纳入参照组（25例，实施常规康复护理），将2019年1月至2020年4月入院治疗的患者纳入研究组（27例，实施延续性康复护理服务）。比较两组出院前、出院后3个月的膝关节功能评分、生活质量评分。结果：两组出院前膝关节功能评分、生活质量评分比较无显著差异（P>0.05）；两组出院后膝关节功能评分和生活质量评分显著提升，且研究组提升幅度大于参照组，组间差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：采用延续性康复护理服务改善股骨远端患者膝关节功能效果理想，又能提高患者生活质量。

Application of continuous rehabilitation nursing service in improving knee joint function and quality of life in patients with distal femoral fracture

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of implementing continuous rehabilitation nursing services in improving knee function and quality of life in patients with distal femoral fractures. Methods： 52 patients who were treated for distal femoral fractures in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects， grouped according to the time of admission， and patients admitted to the hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were included in the reference group （25 cases， implementing routine rehabilitation care）， included patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 into the study group （27 cases， implementing continuous rehabilitation care services）. The knee function scores and quality of life scores of the two groups before and 3 months after discharge were compared. Results： There was no statistically significant difference in knee function scores and quality of life scores between the two groups before discharge （P>0.05）； the knee function scores and quality of life scores of the two groups after discharge were higher than before discharge， and the knee function scores were studied The quality of life score was higher than the reference group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The use of continuous rehabilitation nursing services to improve the knee joint function of patients with distal femur has an ideal effect and can improve the quality of life of patients.

股骨遠端骨折是指股骨髁和干骺端的区域发生严重软组织损伤、骨折端粉碎，临床主要采用手术治疗股骨远端骨折，但康复时间较长，这就需要术后加强康复护理，帮助患者更快地恢复膝关节功能[1]。常规护理通过在院内指导患者康复训练，但患者出院后康复护理断层，患者训练积极性降低，且操作不规范，进而影响康复训练效果。因此，开展延续性康复护理对促进患者康复训练十分必要[2]。延续性康复护理可以保证患者从医院到家庭得到连续性的照护，有利于提高康复训练效率和质量，这对患者膝关节功能恢复具有积极意义[3]。……
