摘  要：翻译工作是架起中外交流的沟通桥梁，翻译工作需要有专业素养的翻译人才队伍。翻译专业的实践性、应用性和职业性奠定了应用型人才培养模式。人才的培养离不开翻译教学和翻译实践活动。地方高等院校的翻译专业的师资力量、学生基础、教学设备和环境都有自身特點，文章以认知语言学为理论指导，立足于地方高等院校的特点，从师资力量、学生英汉双语语言基础、翻译专业的教学内容和教学策略等方面探讨了翻译专业实践教学的对策与建议。

Abstract： Translation and interpretation is a communicating bridge between China and foreign countries. Translation and interpretation requires a team of professional translators and interpreters. The practicality， applicability and professionalism of the translation and interpretation profession have laid a model for cultivating applied talents. The cultivation of talents is inseparable from translation teaching and practical translation teaching. The teaching faculty and students in local public universities are different from the other universities and teaching facilities are specific as well. This article takes cognitive linguistics as the theoretical guidance， and discusses the countermeasures and suggestions of practical teaching in translation from the aspects of teachers， students， teaching content and teaching strategies.

复旦大学博士生导师何刚强教授在2010年5月首届全国翻译专业主任高级论坛会议上，做了“本科翻译专业建设的若干探索与体会”的专题演讲。他认为，优秀的翻译人才不但应该掌握扎实的英语和汉语理解及表达能力，具备深厚的中华文化基础，拥有博大广泛的百科基础知识，而且需要有敏锐的思辨能力，能在英语和汉语之间发挥桥梁作用。如何在翻译教育领域真正做到培养出符合上述条件的翻译人才，对新建地方本科院校来讲，翻译教育的道路任重而道远。

一、认知语言学翻译观

认知语言学在中国学习和研究发展始于20世纪80年代末，经过30年的探索，认知语言学与翻译相结合的研究成果主要体现在翻译理论、翻译实践和翻译教学三个方面。本文研究的研究领域为翻译教学研究，本文研究以王寅的认知语言学翻译观为理论指导。……
