摘  要：党建和学术是高校两项并行又相对独立的工作，高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程和“头雁工程”是从全国高校党建和教育教学工作实际出发提出的重大战略举措，在实践中显示出巨大的制度优势。在党建、教学和科研等多重压力下，“双带头人”培育工程的推进也面临多重挑战，在党支部建设、支部书记选拔和培育内容方面要紧密结合高校实际，确保“双带头人”培育工作落实到位。以五邑大学生物科技与大健康学院为例对当前“双带头人”培育工程推进现状及其面临的挑战进行分析，有助于了解当前高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育现状，以及在其发展路途中所面对的问题，从而优化高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”的培育方法。

Abstract： Party building and academic is parallel and relatively independent works in universities. The "Double Leaders" cultivation project and "Head Goose Project" of teachers' party branch secretary are major strategic measures proposed from the actual situation of party building and education and teaching in universities nationwide. They showed great institutional advantages in practice. Under the pressure of party construction， teaching and scientific research， the promotion of "Double Leaders" cultivation project also faces multiple challenges. It is necessary to promote the implementation of "DoubleLeaders" cultivation project in terms of party branch construction， branch secretary selection and cultivation contents in combination with the actual situation of universities. Based on the practical work of college of biotechnology and great health of Wuyi University， this paper analyzes the current status and challenges of the cultivation project of "Double Leaders". It is helpful to understand the current situation of cultivating "Double Leaders" of party branch secretary and the problems they faced in the development. This work can optimize the cultivation method of "Double Leaders" of party branch secretary.
