摘  要：在现代社会中，网络日益发达，全媒体时代来临。新的发展环境中，意识形态较量的主战场逐渐转变为互联网。从某种角度来说，网络意识形态工作，在国家安全维护中已经成为必不可少的环节。在网络群体中，高校学生是占比较高的群体之一。高校学生也是国家未来的接班人，是国家安全建设的重要推动力。高校逐渐成为网络意识形态安全的重要阵地。由于受诸多因素影响，部分高校缺乏对网络意识形态安全的重视与治理。基于此，文章通过分析高校网络意识形态安全问题，探讨高校网络意识形态安全问题出现的原因，从而提出高校网络意识形态安全问题的治理措施。

Abstract： In modern society， the Internet is becoming more and more developed， and the era of all media is coming. In the new development environment， the main battlefield of ideological contests has gradually changed to the Internet. From a certain perspective， cyber ideological work has become an indispensable link in national security maintenance. Among the network groups， college students are one of the relatively high groups. College students are also the future successors of the country and an important driving force for the construction of national security. Colleges and universities have gradually become important positions for network ideological security. Affected by many factors， some colleges and universities lack the attention and governance of network ideology security. Based on this， this article analyzes the security issues of network ideology in colleges and universities， discusses the reasons for the security issues of network ideology in colleges and universities， and proposes the governance measures for the security problems of network ideology in colleges and universities.

近些年来，我国互联网技术得以迅猛发展。尤其是党的十九大报告中，习近平总书记强调，“意识形态领域斗争依然复杂，国家安全面临新情况”。受信息网络化和多样化的影响，传统媒体、新媒体在网络与现实的发展中，不断发生碰撞。与此同时，高校学生的思想观念，也潜移默化地受到网络观念影响。大学生是我国民族兴亡的希望，背负的责任比较重大。因而需要将培养高校学生看作战略任务，切实了解和掌握高校网络意识形态安全现状，及时发现全媒体时代下高校网络意识形态安全问题，并对问题加以解决。由此可见，本文展开的相关研究，具有实践性意义。
