摘  要：俄罗斯经济创新发展的要求和转型促使人才培养方式从科学研究型向高层次技术技能型转变，开展应用型学士培养计划成为俄罗斯高等教育发展的新趋势，进行应用型学士培养成为俄罗斯职业教育发展的新特点。文章采用国别研究法，对俄罗斯应用型学士培养的内涵与学位特点、应用型学士培养的课程建构与应用型学士培养的特征三个方面进行分析，以期对我国应用型本科人才培养模式、应用型本科教育理论与实践训练内容形成的要求、应用型本科教育研究的课程设计方法等方面有一定的参考价值，并为国内的地方应用型高校开展中高职本科协同育人模式探索与实践提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract： The requirements and transformation of Russia's economic innovation and development have promoted the transformation of talent training methods from scientific research to high-level technical skills. Carrying out an applied bachelor training program has become a new trend in the development of Russian higher education， and cultivating applied bachelors has become a new feature of the development of Russian vocational education. This article uses country research methods to analyze the three aspects of the connotation and degree characteristics， the curriculum construction and the feature of applied bachelor training. We expect them to have a certain reference value to our country's application-oriented undergraduate talent training model， the formation requirements for the application-oriented undergraduate education theory and practical training content， and the design methods for the application-oriented undergraduate education research curriculum. They also provide reference for the exploration and practice of the cooperative education model of middle and high vocational undergraduates in local applied universities in China.

受市场变革的影响，俄罗斯社会发展的现阶段伴随着政治、经济和社会文化生活的剧烈变化，极大地影响了关乎教育系统進步中重点和优先事项的发现。当前，其发展的主要方向与教育范式的转变、教育内容的更新、进入世界教育领域有关。

“现代俄罗斯劳动力市场的需求极为多样化，用人单位需要从工人到类似于科学家级别的高素质员工，因为许多行业和职业活动类型非常复杂，以至于在某些情况下，有必要进行高科技类别的培训[1]。”为了解决这一问题，俄罗斯联邦政府于2009年宣布在高等和中级管理教育机构设立应用型学士学位，在借助多方教育资源的基础上，根据现有产业特征，结合教学体系的特点，全面开展应用型学士培养计划。……
