摘要：在技工院校内，汽车运用与维修是一门重要专业，它能为社会培养汽车领域人才，推动汽车制造、汽车维修等行业的发展。在现阶段，汽车是支持国家交通运输业的关键工具，它影响着多个行业的经济效益，而在国民生活水平的增长下，汽车也成为了人们出行的关键工具。在汽车领域的发展下，汽车制造、汽修等行业技术变化飞快，对人才的专业性提出了更高要求。因此，在汽车运用与维修专业内，技工院校要基于实际，合理落实专业教学改革，以科学教学，确保人才培养的效果满足新时期的社会人才需求。

Abstract： In technical colleges， automobile application and maintenance is an important major. It can train talents in the automobile field for the society and promote the development of automobile manufacturing and automobile maintenance industries. At this stage， automobiles are a key tool to support the national transportation industry. It affects the economic benefits of many industries. With the growth of people's living standards， automobiles have also become a key tool for people to travel. With the development of the automotive field， the rapid technological changes in automobile manufacturing and auto repair industries have put forward higher requirements for the professionalism of talents. Therefore， in the automobile application and maintenance profession， technical colleges and universities must reasonably implement professional teaching reforms based on actual conditions， and use scientific teaching to ensure that the effects of talent training meet the needs of social talents in the new era.

0  引言

和其他教育机构相比，在技工院校内，学生的學习意识不足，综合素养偏低。在此问题的影响下，各专业教学会存在较大难度。在教育改革背景下，在社会人才需求的变化下，要提高人才培养的质量，技工院校便需要针对专业教学，将老旧、落后的教学模式摒弃，基于学生特征，结合时代特点，探索更新颖、适应学生的教学方法。在汽车运用与维修专业内，要确保教学改革的针对性，技工院校要首先掌握当下的教学问题。

1  技工院校汽车运用与维修专业教学问题

1.1 教师素养方面

在技工院校内，组织教学活动的主体是各个教师[1]。要培养和社会发展需求相适应的人才，各院校要确保教师具备一定的理论基础、实践经验、教育能力。而在调查各院校后可知，多个院校对教师的能力考核重视有限，因此，教师会存在职业能力偏低，无法胜任教育工作等问题。……
