摘  要： 针对公安院校数字调查取证课程中存在的教师“填鸭式”讲解、学生参与度不高的问题，提出融合BOPPPS和对分课堂的教学模式。阐述“BOPPPS+对分课堂”双模式在课程教学中的作用，介绍双模式下数字调查取证类课程的教学设计，总结基于“BOPPPS+对分课堂”双模式的实践教学经验，为探索提高教学质量、激发学生学习热情提供新思路。

Application of BOPPPS teaching mode in the digital investigation and forensics course

Abstract： Aiming at the problems of teachers' cramming explanation and students' low participation in the digital investigation and forensic course in police colleges， a teaching mode integrated with BOPPPS and SAP is put forward. This paper expounds the role of "BOPPPS + SAP" dual mode in the course teaching， introduces the teaching design of digital investigation and forensic course for the dual mode， and summarizes the practical teaching experience based on "BOPPPS + SAP" dual mode， so as to provide new ideas for improving the teaching quality and stimulating students' learning enthusiasm.

0 引言

對于网络犯罪，最初，法庭认为从计算机中获得的证据与普通的传统物证并没有什么不同，但随着技术的不断进步，数字证据的复杂性不断增加，与传统证据之间的类似性逐渐减弱。自上世纪90年代中后期开始，围绕数字调查取证的学术研究、工具软件研发和其他相关产业陆续出现并发展起来，日益成为网络信息安全领域的一个热点课题。与此同时，为培养公安民警侦办网络犯罪案件的能力，全国各公安院校陆续开设了数字调查取证类课程。

2018年，浙江省教育厅在《浙江省教育信息化三年行动计划（2018-2020）》中提出，要加快推进“互联网+教学”，积极推进线上线下相结合的混合式学习，开展基于网络的课程教学与评价，通过技术与教育深度融合，实现教学活动“以学生为中心”[1]。在数字调查取证课程教学过程中，针对课程特点及学生学习情况调整教学方法，使学生以讨论、归纳与实践等方式在各环节参与教学内容，提高学习热情及知识应用能力[2]也成为教学的主要目标。……
