摘  要： 针对“路由与交换技术”课程教学中存在的课时量少、课程内容枯燥、評价结果不准等问题，从教学形式、教学方式和考核方式等方面进行改革探索。以“模块化”规划教学内容，开展“线上线下混合式”教学，建立“全程化+多元化”考核方式，较好地提高了课程的教学效果。

Exploration of the teaching reform for "Routing and Switching Technology" course

Abstract： In view of the problems existing in the teaching of "Routing and Switching Technology" course， such as less class hours， boring course content and inaccurate evaluation results， the teaching reform on the teaching form， teaching method and assessment method is explored. This paper plans the "modularized" teaching content， carries out the "online and offline blended" teaching， and establishes "full-process and diversified" assessment method， which improves the teaching effect of the course.

0 引言

“路由与交换技术”课程是网络工程专业课程体系中一门理论性和实践性比较强的专业课程[1]，开设于第五学期。学生通过对该课程的学习，掌握路由交换技术及动态路由协议等知识，拥有对简单组网中的设备进行配置、调试等能力，深刻体会网络工程中核心的实践内容，为有效分析和解决网络工程复杂问题奠定基础。本课程的前导课程有“计算机网络原理”，并行课程有“网络协议分析”、“网络设计与集成”。本文结合在教学实施过程中发现的一些问题，并结合农业高校的实际，探讨“路由与交换技术”课程的改革。

1 教学过程中存在的问题分析

⑴ 课时量较少，教学模式单一

路由与交换技术课程的授课时数仅有32学时（理论16学时+实验16学时），在这有限的教学时间内，教师需要平衡好讲授、指导和师生互动之间的关系。而目前教学过程中多采用“教师讲授为主、学生被动接受”的传统教学模式，学生整体参与度较低、学习积极性不高，教师无法跟踪学生的学习情况，师生间互动与信息反馈不够，课后扩展提升实施难度大[2]。……
