摘要 土地资源管理人才供需结构性矛盾突出，产教融合成为提升人才培养质量的重要途径。基于“四重螺旋”创新理论，构建“政府-高校-企业-行业组织”产教融合育人联合体，探讨人才培养动力机制，提出校企双主体育人、搭建协同育人平台、健全产教融合服务链、完善支持体系等产教融合人才培养实现路径。

Abstract The structural contradiction between supply and demand of land resource management talents is prominent， and the integration of industry and education has become an important way to improve the quality of talent training.Based on the quadruple helix innovation theory， this paper constructed the industryeducation integration consortium of“governmentuniversityenterpriseindustry organization”， and discussed the dynamic mechanism of personnel training，proposed the realization path of the talent cultivation of the integration of industry and education，such as the dual main sports personnel of schools and enterprises， building a cooperative education platform， perfecting the service chain of industryeducation integration， perfecting the support system and so on.

近年，国家先后发布了《国务院办公厅关于深化产教融合的若干意见》（国发办[2017]95号）、《关于印发国家产教融合建设试点实施方案的通知》（发改社会[2019]1558号）、《中国教育现代化2035》等重要文件要求把创新创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程，深化产教融合，促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接，推进多方协同育人。

在新型城镇化战略背景下，土地管理行业面临转型发展，对复合性、创新型科技人才的需求迫切，高校人才培养质量与产业转型升级之间结构性矛盾日益突显。该研究运用知识生产的“四重螺旋”创新理论，探讨土地资源管理产教融合人才培养的动力机制及实践路径，以促进提升教学水平与人才培养质量，回应国家战略发展需要。
