摘要 实践教学是职业教育的生命线。人才培养质量的重要考核指标之一就是对所学专业的基础知识和专业核心知识的掌握程度。如何将书本上的知识转变为实践操作能力，就是实践教学所需要完成的工作。通过分析实践教学在农业类高职院校人才培养中的重要性以及当前农业类高职院校中参差不齐的实践教学水平，深入剖析了当前农业类高职院校实践教学中存在的问题，并提出了实践教学改革的方向，对创新农业类高职院校的实践教学培养模式有一定的借鉴作用。

Research on the Innovation of Practical Teaching Training Mode in Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract Practice teaching is the lifeline of vocational education. One of the important assessment indicators of the quality of personnel training is the mastery of the basic knowledge and core knowledge of the major. How to transform the knowledge in books into practical operation ability is the work that practical teaching needs to complete.This paper analyzed the importance of practice

teaching in agricultural higher vocational colleges and the uneven level of practice teaching in agricultural higher vocational colleges，in-depth analysis of the current problems in the practice teaching of agricultural vocational colleges，and put forward the direction of reform in practice teaching，which had a certain reference to innovate the practice teaching training mode of agricultural vocational colleges.

2006年《教育部关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》中指出：“高等职业教育，作为高等教育发展中的一个类型，肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才的使命，在我国加快推进社会主义现代化建设进程中具有不可替代的作用。”[1]该意见明确了高等职业教育的主要职能以及人才培养目标。随后，2008、2010、2011年教育部多次在相关文件中提出，要求高职院校要走内涵发展道路，提高教学质量，尤其是实践教学能力，努力培养高素质的技能型人才，以满足社会、行业发展需求。由此可见，高职院校的人才培养应定位为高素质技能型人才。当前，国家高度重视农业、农村的发展，农业类高职院校作为科技兴农战略的最大支柱，如何培养出令企业满意、行业认可的高素质技能型人才，重点是抓住实践教学这条生命线，努力提升实践教学的质量，提高学生的实践能力和创新能力。……
