摘要：目前，我国高校毕业生人数持续上升，大学生作为社会发展以及国家经济的主要推动力量，是国家发展与民族进步的源动力。可是，当前高校毕业生就业情况并不乐观，就业问题已是亟待解决的重点问题。高校就创业社团是高校毕业生创业的体现形式，做好就业创业社团建设，有助于提升高校毕业生就创业能力。因此，文章将基于高校就创业社团内涵及其作用进行阐述，对高校就创业社团建设的现实困境展开分析，同时提出有效的应对策略，以期为高校毕业生就业创业提供相应的指导。

AbstractAt present，the number of college graduates in China continues to rise. College students，as the main driving force of social development and national economy，are the source power of national development and national progress. However，the current employment situation of college graduates is not optimistic，and the employment problem has become a key problem to be solved urgently. College entrepreneurship associations are the embodiment of college graduates' entrepreneurship. Doing a good job in the construction of employment and entrepreneurship associations will help to improve the entrepreneurial ability of college graduates. Therefore，based on the connotation and function of entrepreneurial associations in colleges and universities，this paper analyzes the practical difficulties of the construction of entrepreneurial associations in colleges and universities，and puts forward effective countermeasures，in order to provide corresponding guidance for the employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates.

1高校就創业类社团概述

1.1高校就业创业类社团开展内涵

顾名思义，高校内部的就业创业类社团主要是根据不同的专业、不同的职业进行创办的社团活动，以及通过问卷调查根据大学生的兴趣爱好和就业取向综合进行创办。开展目的是希望高校大学生能够在学习专业知识的同时培养自己的就业毕业能力，所以社团活动也需要一定的老师和组织者来进行合作开展，通过有效的管理和组织，让社团的开展意义更加价值化。[1]

1.2高校就业创业类社团的特点

首先，具有较强的创新性。创新性是现代高校就创业类社团的重点，有别于其余类型社团的关键质变。创新的就创业社团是基于课题、项目、大赛为途径，大学生根据自身兴趣、特长等自发构建的团体，一般有着跨学科、跨专业的特点。……
