摘要：通过解读新时代国家对高职教育改革要求等政策文件，结合当前我国高职院校教材开发现状，分析校企双元育人高职教材开发优势，提出以学校和企业共同作为主体，主要通过建立科学的校企双元育人平台，设置合理的组织机构，配置专业的建设团队，开展有效的教学实施等措施，探索校企双元育人的高职教材开发策略。

The Development Strategy of Higher Vocational Teaching Materials Based on School-enterprise Dual Element Education

AbstractBased on the interpretation of the new era national policy documents such as the requirements for the reform of higher vocational education，combined with the current situation of the development of teaching materials in higher vocational colleges in China，this paper analyzes the advantages of the development of teaching materials for dual education of colleges and enterprises，and puts forward that both schools and enterprises should be the main body，this paper explores the development strategy of higher vocational teaching materials by establishing a scientific platform for dual education of school and enterprise，setting up a reasonable organization，deploying professional construction team，and carrying out effective teaching implementation.

2019年1月，国务院发布《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确指出职业教育改革需要促进产教融合校企双元育人，深化教师、教材、教法“三教”改革;组织建设一大批校企双元合作开发的国家规划教材。[1]2020年9月教育部等九部门印发的《职业教育提质培优行动计划（2020-2023）》再次强调加强职业教育教材建设，教材要对接主流生产技术，注重吸收行业发展的新知识、新技术、新工艺、新方法。[2]

教育要为社会经济发展服务，教材要紧跟时代和行业的发展。当前高职院校的能量没有充分发挥出来，需要深入改革，改革要进课堂，进学生头脑，“三教”改革首当其冲，教材改革势在必行。

1高职教材急需校企双元深入合作提升教材品质

我国高等职业教育在20世纪末，21世纪初快速发展起来，高职院校主要由中等职业技术学校合并而成或起源于一般的专科院校，师资力量大多直接来自普通高等院校，来自企业并有企业工作经验的老师非常少，在教材的开发上也主要由校内老师自主开发，很少有与企业深入合作共同开发教材。……
