摘要：高职院校承担着培养创新型人才的重要使命，而校企合作是培养创新人才的有效途径。文章分析了校企合作培养创新型人才的优势，针对校企合作培养创新型人才存在的问题，提出了校企合作培养创新型人的有效路径：构建校企命运共同体，打造高水平创新教学团队，健全完善科技创新机制，改革创新人才培养模式。

Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractHigher vocational colleges undertake the important mission of cultivating innovative talents，and school enterprise cooperation is an effective way to cultivate innovative talents. This paper analyzes the advantages of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating innovative talents. And in view of the problems existing in school enterprise cooperation in cultivating innovative talents，it puts forward the effective path of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating innovative talents：building a community of school enterprise destiny，building a high-level innovative teaching team，perfecting the scientific and technological innovation mechanism，and reforming the training mode of innovative talents.

創新是引领发展的第一动力，是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑，创新的关键和基础在于人才。创新人才是经济社会发展的关键驱动力量，在实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦中发挥重要作用。随着产业转型升级和经济结构调整加速，社会对创新型人才的需求更加迫切。培养学生的创新能力与创新精神成为当前职业教育最紧迫的任务，而校企合作是培养创新人才的有力举措和有效途径。

1高职院校采取校企合作培养创新型人才的优势

有利于高职院校实现人才培养目标。高职院校重要任务是培养高素质技术技能人才和创新型人才。目前，部分高职院校与市场联系不是十分密切，人才培养与产业发展脱离。企业需要大量技术技能型和创新型人才，而高职院校培养的毕业生却因达不到企业的需求，导致找不到就业单位。校企合作培养人才，可以促进专业无缝对接产业，课程内容有机衔接职业标准，教学过程深度融合生产过程，这样才能使职业院校培养的技术技能人才和创新型人才契合产业发展需求，达到企业要求，匹配职业岗位。……
