摘 要：自2017年，我国高等教育逐步推行“新工科”建设，其核心是基于立德树人培养具备卓越素养的工程人才。大学阶段是培育卓越工程师的黄金时期，“工匠精神”是卓越工程师必备的职业素养。现有的思政、专业分立体系不利于充分利用大学时期培养学生的“工匠精神”，导致现阶段卓越工程人才稀缺。本课题将教育心理学理论运用到专业课程中，建立专业课程思政体系，充分利用专业课优势，为社会培养更多具备“工匠精神”的卓越工程人才。

Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit of Outstanding Engineers under the Background of New Engineering

Abstract：Since 2017， China's higher education has gradually implemented the construction of "new engineering"， the core of which is to cultivate engineering talents with outstanding qualities based on Building Morality and Cultivating Personality. The university level is the golden period for cultivating outstanding engineers， and "craftsmanship spirit" is the necessary professional quality for outstanding engineers. The existing ideological， political， and professional separation system is not conducive to making full use of the "craftsman spirit" cultivated in college students， leading to the scarcity of outstanding engineering talents at this stage. This topic applies educational psychology theory to professional courses， establishes a professional course ideological and political system， makes full use of the advantages of professional courses， and cultivates more outstanding engineering talents with "craftsman spirit" for the society.

1 綜述

随着我国国际地位的不断攀升，我们所处的国际形势也发生了巨大转变。在机遇与挑战并存的新时代，我国科技创新能力、顶尖技术能力的提升屹立世界之林的根本，这都亟需源源不断的人才投入。当代大学生是国家创新实力的基础，承载着国家兴盛的重任。根据习总书记有关“培养什么人、怎么培养人、为谁培养人”的指导思想[1]，如何培养好当代大学生已经上升至国家重大战略层面。

但是，随着我国经济高速发展，与世界接轨的同时，社会消费快速升级，导致一些有害思想也趁机传播，比如享乐主义和个人主义，导致部分学生价值观出现偏差，严重影响了对学业、就业等人生抉择。

目前，大学生中出现学业倦怠[2]情况较多。一些学生将大学视为学习生涯的重点，在学业上得过且过，直至学业荒废。当这些学生面临毕业时，则开始消极就业，形生“啃老族”、或是“三和大神”[3，4]等社会不稳定群体。……
