摘 要：新形势下，随着环保意识的不断提升，节能环保的新能源汽车的需求量开始不断的增加。新能源汽车作为环境友好型的汽车类型，深受大家的追捧。新能源汽车人才的培养就得到越来越多人的重视。此时，职业院校的教师就需要秉承科学发展观的主要思想，提升新能源汽车的教学质量，顺应市场的发展需求。只有从本质上培养出符合产业发展需求的高技术人才，那么才可以有效的保持新能源汽车的可持续发展。因此，本文首先提出了需要探究的主要内容，之后，根据改革的目标性，针对性的制定出科学的实践教学改革措施。

A Brief Discussion on the Reform of Practice Teaching of New Energy Automobile Specialty

Abstract：Under the new situation， with the continuous improvement of environmental protection awareness， the demand for energy-saving and environmentally friendly new energy vehicles has begun to increase. As an environmentally friendly vehicle type， new energy vehicles have been highly praised. More and more people pay more and more attention to the cultivation of talents for new energy vehicles. At this time， teachers of vocational colleges need to uphold the main ideas of the scientific development concept， improve the teaching quality of new energy vehicles， and meet the development needs of the market. Only by essentially cultivating high-tech talents that meet the needs of industrial development can the sustainable development of new energy vehicles be effectively maintained. Therefore， this article first puts forward the main content that needs to be explored， and then， according to the objectives of the reform， the article formulates scientific practical teaching reform measures in a targeted manner.

1 問题的提出

随着工业化进程的不断推进，一些环境性的问题开始浮出水面，呈现到大家的视野当中。为了保持工业发展和生态环境发展之间的协调程度，新能源汽车就成为了当前状态下大众青睐的对象。随着大众对新能源汽车的需求量的增加，社会对新能源汽车人才的需求的需求量也上升了一个重要的档次[1]。新能源汽车的发展离不来专业人才的培养，只有专业人才得到了可持续发展，那么新能源汽车产业才可以得到健康的延伸。新能源汽车专业也需要合理的设置课程，创新教学方式，促进教学改革，适应当前的社会发展需要。但是，在实践的过程中，新能源汽车专业教学重理论轻实践，导致很多学生空有理论，一到实践就会变得毫无头绪。……
