摘 要：随着我国社会经济的高速发展，技能型人才需求量也有所增加，尤其是汽车维修等专业性较强的领域，一度达到人才供不应求的现象。在此情况下，优化职业院校汽车维修专业育人模式极为必要，而双元培育则是目前国内职业型人才培养的有效措施，并且与汽车维修这一专业十分契合。基于此，本文深度分析在职业教育汽车维修专业开展校企双元培育模式的实践策略，供广大教育界同仁参考。

Exploration on the School-enterprise Dual Cultivation Teaching Mode of Automobile Maintenance Major

Abstract：With the rapid development of the social economy， the demand for skilled talents has also increased， especially in areas with strong professionalism such as automobile maintenance， where the demand for talents was once in short supply. Under this circumstance， it is extremely necessary to optimize the education model of automobile maintenance in vocational colleges， and dual cultivation is an effective measure for cultivating professional talents in China， and it fits well with the profession of automobile maintenance. Based on this， this article deeply analyzes the practical strategy of developing school-enterprise dual cultivation mode in the automobile maintenance major of vocational education for the reference of the majority of colleagues in the education field.

1 引言

现阶段，伴随着国内人民群众的生活水平与日俱增，汽车与住宅作为两大消费主体成为国内重点需求对象。因此建筑行业与汽车制造行业逐渐进入快速发展时期。但是国内汽车行业发展迅猛，汽车维修领域的人才培养模式难以适应行业发展速度，导致长期以来，汽车维修人才一直处于严重缺失状态。这一现象不利于国内社会经济的发展，因此提升汽车维修型人才的培养模式迫在眉睫。

2 双元培育的特点

2.1 体现校企双主体育人优势

双元教育注重职业学校和相关企业通力合作，共同完成学生教育、人才培养工作，合作企业与专业对口学生签订人才培养协议，而职业学校和合作企业签订合作互惠协议，由校企双方合力制定以企业实际需求为导向的学生培养方案，共同确立岗位训练内容与训练标准，从而实现专业型人才、技能型人才培养的目的，为合作企业培养具备实践能力的实用型人才[1]。……
