摘  要：创新人才培养不足是我国高等教育完善过程中的重难点，对以学科竞赛为载体构建创新研学团队的理论基础进行了研究，结合会计学教学现状对构建创新研学团队的必要性进行论证。在此基础上提出了以建设“夯实基础、细分专业、力争精尖、勇于创新”的创新研学团队为目标的团队构建模式，最终达到“以赛促教”“以赛促学”，在核心类课程安排、教学模式和硬件配套设施方面进行改革，然后提出相应保障机制，最终促进该模式持续、有效运行。

Abstract： The lack of training of innovative talents is a key and difficult point in the process of improving higher education in our country. This paper studies the theoretical basis of constructing innovative research team with discipline competition as the carrier， and demonstrates the necessity of constructing innovative research team with the current situation of accounting teaching. The author puts forward a team construction mode with the goal of building an innovative research and study team that is "consolidating the foundation， subdividing the specialties， striving for excellence， and daring to innovate"， Finally the team will achieve "to promote teaching"， "to promote learning"， Reform  will be carried out in the arrangement of core courses， teaching models and hardware supporting facilities. Then the corresponding guarantee mechanism is put forward to promote the sustainable and effective operation of the model.

一、研究背景

随着教学体制改革的深入，以创新教学为核心、培养大学生创新思维和实践能力成为新时期我国高等教育改革的重要议题。十九大报告和《中共四川省委关于全面深化改革的决定》不断强调“立德树人”这一思想理念，前任教育部副部长杜玉波认为在高等教育中落实“立德树人”，最根本的是坚持一切从培养创新人才出发，在培养人才过程中将人文素养、思想品德、科学精神、实践能力放在突出位置，更好地培养学生善于解决问题的实践能力和敢于探索的创新精神。在此背景上，更加突出了构建研究生科学技术研究学习团队（简称创新研学团队）的紧迫性和重要性。创新研学团队的特点可概括为，以学科竞赛为载体，实践与创新的完美结合，培养创新型应用人才为目标。……
