[摘 要] 课程思政是新时代高校落实立德树人根本任务的着力点，专业思政为深化课程思政建设提供了专业规定性，是把高校思想政治工作体系贯通人才培养体系的体系化和规范化体现。北京联合大学金融学专业通过系统设计课程思政的递进式教学路径，形成了专业思政统领下的将知识教育、能力培养和价值引领融会贯通于人才培养全过程的育人模式;优化课程思政教学设计并达成“四度”目标，提高教师队伍的政治素质与育人本领。通过课程思政将“公正、平等、诚信”的新金融人才核心素养教育“入脑、入心、入行”，实现立德树人的育人目标。

Abstract：  Ideological and political education through all curricula is the focal point of implementing the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities in the new era. Ideological and political education through all majors provides professional regulations for deepening ideological and political education through all curricula， which is the systematized and normalized embodiment of connecting the ideological and political work system of colleges and universities with the talent training system. Through the systematically-designed，progressive teaching path of ideological and political education through all curricula， the finance major of Beijing Union University has formed a training mode that integrates knowledge education， ability training and value guidance into the whole process of talent cultivation under the guidance of ideological and political education through all majors. We optimized the teaching design of ideological and political education through all curricula， achieved the goal of “four degrees”， and improved the political quality and education ability of the faculty. By means of the ideological and political education through all curricula， the core quality education of fairness， equality and honesty for new financial talents will be “into the brain， the heart and the industry”， achieving the goal of establishing morality and cultivating people.

金融是现代经济的核心，是资源配置的枢纽。在互联网和信息技术革命推动下，新的金融生态、金融服务产品及模式成为金融业发展的新领域。植入互联网思维的新金融正以更加包容的理念和更加开放的态度，支持金融的改革开放与普惠发展，为我国全面建成小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦，发挥着推动高质量发展及提高全要素生产率的重要作用。但随着新机构、新业务的不断涌现，金融乱象屡有发生，金融风险日渐复杂。防范化解威胁经济社会稳定的系统性风险，事关人民财产安全、国家安全和发展全局。
