[摘要]目的：觀察舒敏治疗仪导入医学护肤品治疗敏感性皮肤的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取2019年5月-2020年10月在笔者科室就诊的106例女性面部敏感性皮肤患者为研究对象。采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，每组53例。对照组给予外擦薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜，2次/天;观察组在对照组基础上加用舒敏治疗仪导入特护霜治疗，1次/周。连续治疗1个月后，比较两组临床疗效，皮损症状评分，皮肤生理状态，皮肤生活质量指数（Dermatology life quality index， DLQI）及患者满意度。结果：观察组总有效率92.45%，显著高于对照组的73.58%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组瘙痒、灼热、紧绷感，红斑，鳞屑，皮损面积评分均低于治疗前，且观察组各项皮肤评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组角质层含水量、油脂含量均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，两组经表皮失水量均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组DLQI评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组;观察组满意度81.13%，高于对照组的66.03%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：舒敏治疗仪导入医学护肤品治疗面部敏感性皮肤可明显改善患者临床症状，提高其皮肤生理状态，从而降低敏感皮肤对患者生活质量的影响，且治疗舒适，患者满意度高，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Introducing Soothing Sensitive Therapeutic Instrument into Medical Skincare Products to Treat Sensitive Skin

Abstract：Objective To observe the efficacy of the introduction of medical skin care products into sensitive skin and the impact on the quality of life of the soothing sensitive therapeutic instrument. Methods Total of 106 female patients with sensitive skin who attended the dermatology department of our hospital from May 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the control group （n=53） and the observation group （n=53） according to the random number method. The control group was given Winona soothing sensitive Moisturizing Cream， 2 times daily. On the basis of the control group， the observation group was treated with Moisturizing Cream by the soothing sensitive therapeutic instrument， once a week. After 1 month of continuous treatment， the clinical efficacy， skin lesion symptom score， skin physiological state， dermatology life quality index （DLQI） and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （92.45%） was higher than that of the control group （73.58%）， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the scores of itching， burning， tightness， erythema， scaly， and skin lesions area in the two groups were lower than those before treatment， and the scores of the observation group was lower than those of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the water content and oil content of the stratum corneum in the two groups were higher than before treatment， and the observation group was higher than the control group， the transepidermal water loss of the two groups was lower than before treatment， and the observation group was lower than the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the DLQI scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment， and the scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group， the satisfaction degree of the observation group （81.13%） was higher than that of the control group （66.03%），and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of sensitive skin by the soothing sensitive therapeutic instrument can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and  the physiological state of the skin， reduce the impact of sensitive skin on the quality of life of patients， which is comfortable， have high patient satisfaction and is worthy of clinical application.

敏感性皮肤是一种较为常见的面部皮肤高反应状态，临床表现多样，在受到各种刺激后，可出现刺痛、烧灼、紧绷、瘙痒等主观症状，同时伴有脱屑、红斑和干燥等皮肤损伤，且患者难以耐受普通化妆品及护肤品，对其外在形象及日常生活具有较大影响[1-2]。目前，其具体发生机制仍不明确，多认为与皮肤屏障受损有关，在具体诱因上个体差异较大，治疗上则以医学护肤品修复皮肤屏障，提高皮肤耐受为主[3]。薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜是临床治疗敏感皮肤常用的医学护肤品，但笔者在长期的临床观察中发现，仅采用该方式无法快速消除患者症状、修复皮肤受损功能，疗效一般。舒敏治疗仪通过利用水电离感应系统，可将导入的保湿剂有效导入表皮深层，促进吸收，快速补充水分，修复受损屏障，已在黄褐斑、激素依赖性皮炎及脂溢性皮炎等多种面部皮肤问题上有了较好应用[4-5]。……
