[摘要]目的：探讨普萘洛尔口服联合复方倍他米松病灶内注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的护理方法。方法：2015年10月-2019年6月，31例血管瘤患儿，接受普萘洛尔口服联合复方倍他米松病灶内注射治疗，并探讨其有效护理方法。结果：所有患儿随访6个月～2年，显效19例，有效7例，好转5例，有效率达100%。结论：普萘洛尔口服联合复方倍他米松病灶内注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤配合有效护理，可取得较好治疗效果，该护理方法安全可靠、便捷、并发症少，尤适合中、小面积草莓状血管瘤患儿。

Nursing Experience of Infantile Hemangioma by Intralesional Injection of Propranolol Combined with Compound Betamethasone

Abstract： Objective  To explore the effective and convenient nursing methods of infantile heman-gioma treatment. Methods  From October 2015 to June 2019， 31 infantile hemangioma patients admitted to our hospital， were administered propranolol combined with betamethasone injection treatment of lesions. Results  All patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years， 19 cases were markedly effective， 7 cases were effective， 5 cases were improved， the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion  Nursing methods of infantile hemangioma lesions with an injection of propranolol combined with betamethasone showed good efficacy. The method is safe and reliable with clear curative effect， convenient， less complicated， and especially suitable for patients with a small area infantile strawberry hemangioma.

嬰幼儿血管瘤是一种常见的良性肿瘤，常见于刚出生时或出生后不久的婴儿，好发于头面部，可自行消退。部分患者血管瘤在增生期有可能发生溃疡、感染、坏死等并发症。头面部等暴露部位的血管瘤对容貌有明显影响。重要部位和器官的血管瘤，有潜在的功能障碍。因此需要积极治疗。口服普萘洛尔在治疗婴幼儿血管瘤以及严重、复杂血管瘤中，已显示了良好优势[1-4]。其效果好、起效快、副作用轻，但无法使血管瘤彻底消退，停药后易复发。需要局部给药、辅助激光、手术等临床干预。笔者科室2015年10月-2019年6月，对31例草莓状血管瘤患儿应用口服普萘洛尔联合复方倍他米松血管瘤体内注射治疗[5-7]，疗效满意。而治疗过程中的护理工作，经临床统计资料显示也尤为重要。本文将就临床治疗前后的科学护理[8]进行探讨。……
