摘 要： 近年来，全国上下深入实施创新驱动发展战略，高校“双创”工作应进一步联合多方力量，促进创新创业向更广范围、更深层次拓展。党的创造力、凝聚力、战斗力在创新创业进程中有着充分的体现，校企基层党组织有助于搭建校企合作平台，在思想引领和创新引领中发挥重要作用，能够加快校企合作、创新成果转化、创新能力培养，应在课程建设、人才培养、宣传中进一步发力打造党建和“双创”育人双丰收。

The Analysis on the Co-cultivation System of “Innovative &Entrepreneurial ” Talents of Primary Party Organizations Based onthe Collaborative Education Between Schools and Enterprises：A Case Study on the Practice and Exploration of Schoolof Design， East China Normal University

Abstract： In recent years， the strategy of innovation-driven development have been implemented in depth all over the country. The "innovation and entrepreneurship" work of universities should unite multiple resources to promote innovation and entrepreneurship to expand in a wider range and at a deeper level. The Partys creativity， cohesion， and combat effectiveness are fully expressed in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship. The primary-level Party organization of school-enterprise is helpful in building a school-enterprise cooperation platform， and plays an important role in guidance of ideology and innovation， can accelerate school-enterprise cooperation， the transformation of innovation achievements and the cultivation of innovative ability， and should make more effort to obtain a double harvest of Party building and "innovation and entrepreneurship" education during the curriculum construction， talent cultivation， and publicity works.

1 党组织参与“双创”教育的现状

1.1 基层党组织在促进学生“双创”能力培养方面至关重要

在调研对象中，不论是学生党员还是非学生党员，有95%的调研对象认为创新对大学生而言非常重要，75%以上的调研对象接触过设计比赛、创业比赛等“双创”类型的活动，19%的调研对象有创业的计划并有2%的学生已经在创业，另有15%的调研对象有计划要参加“双创”活动并正在为之筹备，反映了学生参加“双创”的兴趣和热情都是比较高的。有89%的调研对象认为基层党组织应该在“双创”教育或活动中发挥作用，反映了学生们对高校基层党组织在促进“双创”能力培养方面重要性的认同。

1.2 校企合作将助力“双创”人才的培养

71%的调研对象认为校企合作在“双创”人才培养中有很重要的作用，有利于增强对行业的了解和自身实践能力的加强，70%的调研对象非常愿意主动参加校企合作课程，20%的学生参加过相关专业实践课程，说明校企合作协同育人在应用型学科中有着很重要的作用和很大的需求。……
