【摘    要】教师将支持性心理辅导技术与班级管理有机融合，能通过倾听、交流等措施的应用提高班级管理的质量和效率。本文立足初中班级管理工作实践，首先简要概述了支持性心理辅导技术和班级管理的基本内容，并在此基础上以日常班级管理经验为基础，进一步阐述了支持性心理辅导技术在初中班级管理中的应用策略。

On the Application of Supportive Psychological Counseling Techniques in the Management of Junior High School Classes

【Abstract】Teachers organically integrate supportive psychological counseling technology with class management， and can improve the quality and efficiency of class management through the application of listening， communication and other measures. Based on the practice of junior high school class management， this article first briefly outlines the basic content of supportive psychological counseling technology and class management， and on this basis， based on daily class management experience， further elaborates the supportive psychological counseling technology in junior high school class management application strategy.

随着心理健康研究工作的不断深入，学校心理辅导工作也在不断优化，工作形势由传统的被动式等待来访咨询转变为主动的心理辅导干预。在日常班级管理工作中将二者进行深入融合不仅可以为班级管理提供新的思路，同时也可以在支持性心理辅导技术的干预下助力学生身心健康发展，提升现代化教学的育人效果。

一、支持性心理辅导技术和班级管理相关概述

支持性心理辅导技术的本质是在学生人际关系的交往过程中通过辅导人员运用其专业的技能，帮助学生更好地了解自己、认识环境，同时根据自身实际情况确定明确的目标，帮助学生克服学习以及生活中不良情绪的一种沟通方式。而班级管理则是确保日常教学活动的重要方式，是一系列对班级各项工作实施管理的总称。支持性心理辅导技术和班级管理是两个截然不同的工作内容，有着各自特点的工作方式，但是由于二者的服务对象都是以学生为中心的管理内容，这也为二者的融合创造了有利条件。……
