【摘    要】随着新课改在各个学科中的不断深化，小学体育教学逐渐被教师所关注。赞赏教育是要发现学生身上的闪光点，并且给予学生一定的肯定，在一定程度上，赏识教育能够激发小学生的学习热情，激发其学习潜能，为小学体育的课堂发展带来积极的促进作用。本文基于赏识教育在小学体育教学中的实践进行充分讨论，希望给小学体育教学带来一定的借鉴作用。

On the Practice of Appreciation Education in Primary School Physical Education

【Abstract】With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform in various disciplines， primary school physical education has gradually been paid attention to by teachers. Appreciation education is to discover the shining points of students and give them a certain degree of affirmation. To a certain extent， appreciation education can stimulate the enthusiasm of primary school students， stimulate their learning potential， and bring positive promotion to the classroom development of primary school physical education. This article is based on the full discussion of the practice of appreciation education in primary school physical education， hoping to bring some reference to primary school physical education.

體育课程作为提升小学生身体素质的重要课程，赏识教学也成为体育课程中的新授课方式。兴趣可以引导学生主动学习，也可以促进学生在体育学科持续发展。赏识教学不仅可以促使学生在课堂上集中注意力，也能为小学体育教学注入新的活力。对于教师而言，在建立学生学习自信心的同时，也应达到相应的教学任务，帮助学生逐步建立学习自信。

一、赏识教育要善于发现学生优点

每一位学生的身上都有着不同的闪光点，而这些优点与成绩无关。教师要在教学当中不断确立自身的评判方向，充分将赏识教育贯彻到实际教学当中。小学生目前还处于心智发展的重要阶段，教师在教学当中要善于观察每一位学生的性格特点，针对不同性格的学生给予不同的赞扬，充分保证学生的自尊心发展。

以“单人跳绳”一课为例，由于是单人跳绳，对于性格内向和胆子较小的学生而言，他们害怕自己动作做得不够标准，被同学或者教师嘲笑，从而在同学面前丢面子。……
