【摘  要】随着网络的不断应用和发展，互联网技术已经越来越多地应用在人们的工作和生活领域，为人们工作和生活提供更多的便利。初中生是学校管理中特点比较鲜明的对象，初中教学管理也一直是一个备受关注的话题。通过互联网在教学管理中的应用，可以更好地解决现阶段初中教学管理中存在的弊端。本文分析了现阶段初中教学管理出现的问题，并针对这些问题分析了互联网在初中教学管理中的应用。

【Abstract】With the continuous application and development of network， Internet technology has been more and more applied in people's work and life， providing more convenience for people's work and life. Junior high school students are the objects with relatively distinctive characteristics in school management， and junior high school teaching management has always been a topic that has attracted much attention. Through the application of the Internet in teaching management can better solve the problems existing in the current junior high school teaching management. This paper analyzes the problems in junior high school teaching management at this stage， and analyzes the application of Internet in junior high school teaching management.

一、初中教学管理模式的现状分析

（一）教学管理重心选择出现误区

因为我国传统文化的影响，在教学管理上我国的主要观念是对于纪律的管理。一般而言，初中生处于身体和心理高速发展的阶段，但是自我约束能力和辨别能力以及知识储备和社会经验都尚有欠缺，因此初中教师格外注重对于学生纪律的管理和学生礼仪的管理。例如对日常生活当中班级纪律，校园当中学生与教师之间的礼仪，以及上课过程中学生的仪表仪态都进行了多方面的规范。造成这种以纪律的管理为主要教学管理方向的原因也相对较多，除了传统观念的影响，在现阶段的集体主义社会的大环境下遵纪守法也是一个公民的基本道德之一。但是以纪律为核心的教学管理在现代社会教育当中有失偏颇，首先现阶段人们的思想和意识都在不断地提升和转变，人们有着较大的自由意识和自我意识，人文作用也越来越凸显出来。……
