摘 要：“城乡建设用地增减挂钩”的研究已经持续十余年，为了宏观把握其演变进程，充分了解各阶段的研究热点，探索未来发展方向，该研究应用CiteSpace软件，对相关文献进行了可视化处理。在中国知网中，以“城乡建设用地增减挂钩”为主题词进行检索，并对结果进行初步筛选，再将文献导入CiteSpace进行可视化分析。结果表明：（1）我国的城乡建设用地增减挂钩经过长时间发展已经趋于成熟，现阶段已经进入转型跨越式发展，拆旧建新同扶贫助农相关联;（2）研究的热点主要集中于制度探讨和拆旧区治理方面;（3）高等院校是增减挂研究的主力军，尤其是农业类院校，主要研究人员同主要研究机构相耦合，各机构之间合作关系不紧密。

Based on CiteSpace Analysis of Linking Increase and Decrease of Urban and Rural Construction Land

Abstract： In order to grasp the evolution process， fully understand the research hot spots at various stages and explore the future development direction. CiteSpace was used for visual analysis of relevant literature.The results show that： （1）After a long period of development， the linkage between the increase and decrease of urban and rural construction land in China has become mature， and now it has entered into a transitional and leapfrog development. Demolition of old land and construction of new land are related to poverty alleviation and agricultural assistance.（2）The research focus is mainly on the system discussion and the governance of the old areas.（3）Institutions of higher learning are the main force of increase and decrease research， especially agricultural universities， where the main researchers are coupled with the main research institutions and the cooperation between the institutions is not close.

伴隨经济的快速发展，城市用地不断扩张，为缓解城市用地压力，切实保护耕地，确保我国粮食安全，推动城乡经济社会共同进步，“城乡建设用地增减挂钩”政策应运而生（以下简称“增减挂”）。利用陈超美博士研发的CiteSpace软件，可以将文献进行计量可视化分析，绘制行业领域发展图谱，进行聚类分析，发掘研究的热点和前沿，并发现关键文献和节点[1]。经过十余年发展演变，“增减挂”的研究重点在不断的转变。试点阶段，研究集中与各种挂钩模式的探索[2]，各地区各种挂钩形式层出不穷大有“百花齐放”之势，具有代表性的主要是重庆“地票”模式[3];中期研究重点关注拆旧过程中的农民权益保护，以及失地农民安置问题[4-5];当前研究将“增减挂”同“脱贫攻坚”相结合[6-7]，易地扶贫搬迁成为扶贫助农的新抓手。……
