摘  要：将科研有效地渗透到教学过程，培养出创新型人才，达到科研与教学相互促进和相互发展的目的是当前阶段高校面临的主要任务之一。本文介绍了将科研项目与理论教学相融合、教师科研项目分解成子课题带入本科实践教学及毕业设计中，并有条件地吸纳学生全程参与教师科研项目研究等举措。通过这几方面的实施，改善了课堂教學效果，调动了学生的科研积极性和能动性，提高了学生的理论水平和实践创新能力。

Promoting Teaching with Scientific Research to Improve the Quality of Undergraduate Cultivation

Abstract： Effectively infiltrating scientific research into the teaching process， cultivating innovative talents， and achieving the goal of mutual promotion and mutual development of scientific research and teaching is one of the main tasks of the universities. In this article， some measures are introduced， such as the integration of scientific research projects and teaching， the decomposition of teachers' scientific research projects into sub-projects which are used for the items of practical subjects and the  undergraduate graduation projects， and the conditional admission of students to participate in teachers' scientific research projects. Through the implementation of these aspects， the class teaching effect has been improved， the enthusiasm and initiative of students in scientific research have been mobilized， and the theoretical level and practical innovation ability of students have been improved.

近年来，本科高校教师在科研方面投入的精力占比逐年升高，工科教师的科研也大多偏重基础性研究。在这种情况下，科研与教学失衡的情况越发严重，很难做到平衡，而由于缺少机制体制的保证和可行的操作方法，科研与教学日渐独立，对学生培养极为不利。如何使科研有效地渗透到教学过程中，培养出创新型人才，达到科研与教学相互促进和相互发展，是当前各高等院校都面临的重要问题之一。

2018年上半年，辽宁省发文强调要提高教育供给质量和科技供给质量，省教育厅发文要求高校的科研实验室要对本科生开放，高校教师要带领本科生共同开展科研项目。据此，大连大学通信工程专业也正在尝试逐步深化教学与科研的结合，突出学生的实践能力和创新能力的培养。……
