摘  要：俄罗斯作为我国战略合作伙伴，与我国在教育、科研以及企业投资等方面有着密切的合作与联系。俄语在双方日常沟通交流中必不可少，而科技俄语决定了双方合作的广度和深度。该文指出了普通俄语与科技俄语的区别，又着重阐述科技俄语的意义与必要性，分析了科技俄语的应用设计领域，并通过结合翻译实例，探索了科技俄语应用的方式与方法，以期对日后科技俄语的发展有所益处。

Analysis on the Application of Scientific Russian in Foreign Cooperation

Abstract： As a strategic partner of my country， Russia has close cooperation and ties with my country in education， scientific research and corporate investment. Russian is indispensable in daily communication between the two parties， and the Russian language for science and technology determines the breadth and depth of cooperation between the two parties. This article points out the difference between ordinary Russian and scientific Russian， and focuses on the significance and necessity of scientific Russian， analyzes the application design field of scientific Russian， and explores the ways and methods of scientific Russian application by combining translation examples. The future development of scientific and technological Russian will be beneficial.

自“一带一路”倡议提出的7年多来，得到了国际社会广泛的认同。我国与“一带一路”的沿线国家的合作由基础设施到保障和改善民生，再由贸易交流到文化交融。俄罗斯作为我国全面战略协作伙伴，我国与俄罗斯在教育、科研合作和企业合作等领域进行着频繁的互动交往。

1  俄语的应用背景

1.1 教育方面

近年來，我国高校与俄方高校共同开展合作办学工作，共同建设优秀的师资团队和共同培养理工科综合性拔尖人才。我国目前已在俄罗斯设立19个孔子学院和4个孔子课堂。在2019年，汉语第一次被列为俄罗斯国家统一外语考试科目，此时两国互派留学生人数已突破8万。

1.2 科研合作方面

因俄罗斯是苏联的继承国，在自然科学领域拥有强大的基础。在“一带一路”倡议被提出之后，两国跨区域专利申请件数得以飞升。通过对比中俄两国专利分布可发现，我国的电子通讯技术在俄罗斯的电子信息市场中占据重要地位，在有机化学、计算和测量等领域中都在对方国家注册专利的规模大致相似，但俄罗斯的核技术领域在我国相应的研究领域中具有优势[1]。……
