摘  要： 针对新工科背景下信息安全专业创新型人才需求，对本校网络与信息安全专业建设和人才培养模式进行探索，从能力培养体系、课程体系、实践教学体系、教学模式、考核体系等方面进行改革，制定符合本校特色的专业培养方案，并阐述人才培养模式实践过程中教学、实践、科研方面取得的初步成效。

Exploration of the specialty construction and talent training mode of information

security specialty in the context of New Engineering Education

Abstract： According to demand for creative talents of information security in the context of New Engineering Education， the specialty construction and talent training mode for the information security specialty are explored in this paper. The ability training system， curriculum system， practical teaching system， teaching mode， evaluation system and so on are reformed to formulate a professional training plan in line with the characteristics of the university. The preliminary results of teaching， practice and scientific research in the ongoing reform and practice are described.

0 引言

自十八大以來，“没有网络安全就没有国家安全，没有信息化就没有现代化”已成共识。各国已把网络安全和信息化上升到了国家战略的高度。我国《网络安全法》和《密码法》的相继推出，表明我国对网络安全越来越重视，同时也强调了网络安全人才培养是网络安全的第一要务。

学校作为一个培养人才、传播知识的特殊机构，承担着培养密码保密和信息安全专门人才的重要职能。为了加快网络安全人才培养，国家于2016年在武汉建立国家网络安全学院。中国科学院、北京邮电大学、北京航空航天大学、西安交通大学、东南大学等众多全国重点高校相继成立网络空间安全学院。

2017年3月初，教育部高等教育司发表题为《加快发展和建设新工科主动适应和引领新经济》的研究文章，探索了“新工科”的教育新理念，强调了新经济形势下培养新型工科人才的必要性，以及发展“新工科”教育模式的重要性[1-2]。
