摘  要： 针对人工智能专业人才培养中存在的实践和创新能力不足问题，阐述了“政校行企”长期合作培养人才的优势。构建利益共同体机制，丰富合作形式，建立特色的人工智能人才培养体系;创新专业课程和资源库，搭建社会实践课程平台，提供个性化的学习支持服务;以项目和学科竞赛为驱动，提升学生的创新创业能力，促进科研和创业市场化发展，推动高水平专业群建设，为创新能力人才培养提供参考借鉴。

Exploration of the reform of artificial intelligence talent training mode

for innovation ability cultivation

Abstract： Aiming at the problem that insufficient ability of practice and innovation in the cultivation of artificial intelligence talents， this paper expounds the advantages of long-term cooperation between "government， university， industry and enterprise". constructs the mechanism of community of interests， enriches the forms of cooperation， to establish the artificial intelligence talents cultivation system with characteristics; innovates the professional courses and resource library， builds a social practice course platform， to provide the personalized learning support services; driving with projects and subject competitions， improves students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability， promotes the market-oriented development of scientific research and entrepreneurship， to promote the construction of high-level specialty groups， which provides a reference for the cultivation of the talents with innovation ability.

0 引言

人工智能科学研究及其技術应用发展迅猛。人工智能的硬件化、芯片化以及平台化发展趋势明显，已成为国际竞争的焦点。《新一代人工智能发展规划》指出：完善人工智能领域学科布局，坚持人才培养的前瞻性和引领性。人工智能相关专业创新人才的社会需求与日俱增，国内部分高校因此成立了人工智能学院。而在人工智能热潮背后，却存在着缺乏成功的专业人才培养经验的问题。企业需要“即来即用型”人才，尤其是具备“素质+应用+创新”专业人才，但多数毕业生工作实践能力不强，独立开发项目的能力差，面对新技术时，需要花费较多的成本进行学习才能完成岗位技能与素质的对接，导致一些毕业生参加高收费的社会培训后才就业。高校须思考造成以上不足的原因。在校企合作方面，还没能形成长期、稳定、深入的合作;在创新创业教育课程体系上还处于模仿与借鉴的摸索阶段，无法满足不同层次学生创新创业的需要，导致学校教育和社会需求衔接不紧密或脱节，人才需求与供给结构性矛盾突出。……
