摘  要： 2019年上海市教委首次在两所高职院校启动了“五年一贯制”人才培养模式试点。通过调研了解数字媒体应用技术专业人才的社会需求状况，掌握数字媒体技术行业发展现状和上海市各相关院校不同层次数字媒体应用技术专业人才培养现状，可以为“五年一贯制”数字媒体应用技术专业人才培养提供依据，进而探索上海中高职教育新的贯通模式。

talent in "Five year consistent system"

Abstract： In 2019， the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Education launched the pilot program of "five-year consistent system" talent training mode in two higher vocational colleges for the first time. Through the investigation to understand the social demand for digital media application technology professionals， to grasp the development of digital media technology industry and the current situation of digital media application technology talent training of different levels in relevant colleges and universities in Shanghai can provide a basis for the "five-year consistent system" digital media application technology professionals training， and thereby explore a new straight through mode of connecting middle and higher vocational educations in Shanghai.

0 引言

根據《上海市教育综合改革方案（2014-2020）》，以及国务院颁发的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的精神，2019年上海市教委适时地启动了“五年一贯制”人才培养模式的试点工作，首次试点在上海电子信息职业技术学院、上海震旦职业学院两所院校。“五年一贯制”教育是以初中毕业生为起点，实施“五年一贯制”培养专科学历层次的高素质高技能人才的职业教育模式。不同于以往的“3+2”中高职贯通模式，“五年一贯制”人才培养[1]将在同一所院校内实施，有助于人才培养方案的规范执行，有利于人才培养不同阶段的精准融合。先行试点的两所高职院校都有下属的中职院校，为“五年一贯制”的人才培养提供了基础条件和有力保障。“五年一贯制”的试点标志着上海中高职教育有了新的贯通模式，拓宽了上海的职业教育道路。

1 调研概况

此次调研为期四个月，遴选了上海市有代表性的数字媒体相关企业八家和开设本专业的五所高职院校以及四所中职和本科院校作为调研样本，对数字媒体技术行业发展和数字媒体应用技术专业建设开展了较为深入细致的调研。……
