摘  要：新时代我国高等教育承担着为实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦而培养各种类型专业人才的重任，也迎来了崭新的发展机遇，面临着新的挑战。随着新时代出现的新的阶段性特征，高校教育教学管理必须与时俱进，贯彻新时代中国特色社会主义思想，本着以人为本、完善机制建设的指导方针，从管理手段创新、管理模式创新、管理人员队伍创新、管理保障体系创新等环节入手，做好管理创新，同教书育人、管理育人、服务育人同频共振，为高等教育的内涵式发展提供强有力的内在机制支撑。

The Implementation Measures of University Education Management Innovation in the New Era

Abstract： In the new era， China's higher education undertakes the important task of cultivating various types of professionals to realize the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation， also ushered in brand new development opportunities and faced with new challenges .With the emergence of the new era and the new stage characteristics， the education and teaching management of colleges and universities must keep pace with the times， implement the socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era， follow the guiding principle of people-oriented and perfect mechanism construction， start with the innovation of management means， management mode， management personnel team and management guarantee system，etc， so as to do a good job in management innovation and resonate at the same frequency with teaching and education，management education， service education，provide a strong internal mechanism support for the connotative development of higher education.

党的十九大以来，中国特色社会主义事业已经进入了新时代，各个行业的发展都呈现出新的特征，作为衡量我国综合实力的一项关键指标的高等教育，承担着为实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦而培养各种类型专业人才的重任，也迎来了崭新的发展机遇，面临着新的挑战。高等教育立德树人根本任务的顺利实现离不开科学、系统的教育教学管理，面对新时代出现的新的阶段性特征，高校教育教学管理必须与时俱进，贯彻新时代中国特色社会主义思想，做好管理创新，同教书育人、管理育人、服务育人同频共振，为高等教育的内涵式发展、教学质量的持久提升提供强有力的内在机制支撑。
