摘  要：对SSE教学模式在儿科见习教学中的应用进行研究。选取2017级见习学生作为研究对象，对SSE教学模式应用前后的教学效果进行分析，对比传统教学模式与SSE教学模式的教学差异。从本次研究来看，在采用SSE教学模式以后，从教学效果来看，不管是在自学能力、临床诊疗能力，还是在临床思维能力方面，均得到了显著的提升，明显优于传统教学方式下的结果，差异显著，p<0.05。从目前的儿科见习教学工作来看，通过采用SSE教学模式，能够起到更好的教学效果，改善学生的综合能力，实现学生考核成绩的提升，提升学生的思维能力，在目前的教学过程中有着较高的推广价值。

Application and research of SSE teaching mode in pediatric probation teaching

Abstract： To study the application of SSE teaching mode in pediatric probation teaching. Methods： Clinical intern students of grade 2017 were selected as the research object， including 60 students as the observation group. The SSE teaching mode was used to carry out the internship teaching work， and 60 students were selected as the control group. The assessment results and satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared by using the traditional teaching method. Results： From this study， after the use of SSE teaching mode， the students in the observation group， whether in the assessment results， satisfaction， or in the comprehensive ability， have been significantly improved， significantly better than the control group， the difference is significant， P < 0.05. Conclusion： From the current pediatric internship teaching work， through the use of SSE teaching mode， can play a better teaching effect， improve students' comprehensive ability， achieve the improvement of students' examination results， at the same time， the improvement of students' satisfaction is obvious， which has a high promotion value in the current teaching process.

在當前的儿科见习教学过程中，传统教学模式存在的弊端已经逐渐暴露出来，在传统的教学过程中，很难实现学生自学能力的改善，同时在诊疗思路的培养中存在许多缺陷。SSE教学模式作为一种新型的教学手段，能够更好的改变以往教学中存在的缺陷，在向学生传递理论知识的同时，培养学生的医疗能力，特别是在临床思维能力与自学能力提升方面，优势更为明显[1]。在临床教学工作中，需要培养专业的临床医生，而借助SSE教学模式，可以从患者的病史以及各项体征出发，为学生提供更为有效的治疗手段，弥补传统教学中存在的缺陷，实现教学质量的提升[2]。因此，本研究主要针对SSE教学模式在儿科见习教学中的应用进行研究，分析其在提升学生自学能力与诊疗思路能力中的作用。

1  资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

在本次教学方法研究中，选择的研究对象为2017级见习学生，将159名学生作为研究样本，针对SSE教学模式的应用效果进行分析。……
