摘  要：电气类学科在工业、农业、制造业、交通等多个领域均有涉及，万众创业的形势下，对电气类研究生创业能力的培养成至关重要。创业绩效是衡量创业实际效果的一个重要指标，通过分析创业绩效的影响因素，构建创新创业教育课程体系，探究创新创业课程教学方法，对提升研究生创业能力、提高研究生自主创业的成功率有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

Research on the Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Ability of Electrical Graduate Students under the                   Situation of Mass Entrepreneurship

Abstract： Under the situation of mass entrepreneurship， the entrepreneurial ability cultivation is essential for electrical graduate students. Entrepreneurial performance is an important indicator to measure the actual effect of entrepreneurship. It has important theoretical and practical significance for improving graduate students' entrepreneurial ability and increasing the success rate of graduate students' independent entrepreneurship by analyzing the influencing factors of entrepreneurial performance， constructing a curriculum system for innovation and entrepreneurship education， and exploring teaching methods for innovation and entrepreneurship courses.

近年來，随着经济的不断发展，创新创业教育成为我国大力发展的一种教育模式，培养具有创新创业意识和创业能力的高素质人才，是高校和社会的责任所在。电气类学科在工业、农业、制造业、交通等多个领域均有涉及，对国民经济的发展起到了不可忽视的作用。所以，在对电气类研究生的培养过程中，创业能力的培养是不可缺少的。然而，我国大学毕业生创业成功率仅为1%，离世界大学生创业成功率10%有不小的差距。

在研究生的教育过程中，学校应该重视学生动态创业能力的培养，构建合理的创业绩效评估模型，并通过模型来分析研究生创业项目的绩效水平，对创业过程中遇到的问题及时给予帮助。根据反馈得到的问题来优化研究生课程体系，有助于提升学生的动态创业能力，为以后研究生自主创业打下基础，提高创业的成功率。并且为推动国家创新创业教育改革作出了贡献。……
