摘  要：近年来，电子信息学院在人才培养国际化视野上付出了巨大的努力。一方面，积极推进国际交流项目，扩展国际交流渠道，把学生“送出去”开阔国际视野，增强跨文化交流能力;另一方面，加大了引进高端外籍教师的力度，积极邀请国际知名专家、学者、名人等来院举办多种文化主题活动和讲座，把外籍教师“请进来”让学生在校园就能体验学术大家的风采。通过诸多努力，电子信息学院的学生在国际化视野的培养上取得了长足的进步。

On the cultivation mode of Undergraduates' Internationalization      ——Take the school of electronic information of Sichuan University as an example

Abstract： In recent years， College of Electronics and Information Engineering has made great efforts in the international vision of personnel training. On the one hand， it actively promotes international exchange projects， expands international communication channels， and "send out" students to broaden their international vision and enhance their ability of cross-cultural communication; on the other hand， it has strengthened the efforts to introduce high-end foreign teachers， and actively invited international well-known experts， scholars and celebrities to hold multi-cultural theme activities and lectures， and invited foreign teachers to let students in The campus can experience the elegant demeanor of academic masters. Through many efforts， the students of College of Electronics and Information Engineering have made great progress in the cultivation of international vision.

按照四川大学新时代本科教育改革与发展工作部署，2019年在四川大学全校范围开展了“新时代本科教育改革与发展大讨论”，推动本科教育升级再出发。十年树木，百年树人，本科教育改革与发展最终都要落脚于学生的培养上。四川大学在人才培养上一直秉承海纳百川精神，致力于培养具有崇高理想信念、深厚人文底蕴、扎实专业知识、强烈创新意识、宽广国际视野的国家栋梁和社会精英。

1  国际化视野人才培养现状分析

1.1 “教”与“学”的观念陈旧

在大学教育上，经过多年改革，教育教学质量得到了极大的提升，但是在教学端，有极小部分教师依然固步于三尺讲台，多年PPT不更新，知识结构陈旧，不适应日新月异的社会经济发展;而在学习端，学生群体里充斥着“六十分万岁”“考前突击两周胜过刻苦学习一学期”等不正确的风气，学生的学习还是被动型，缺乏主动和积极性。……
