摘要：2018年教育部召开的全国高等学校本科教育工作会议中提到，新时代背景下应该大力推动互联网、大数据、人工智能、虚拟现实等现代技术在教学和管理中的应用，构建多元协同的课堂教学模式。本文从教、学、考三个角度分析了大学计算机基础课程教学中存在d的问题，探讨了在新时代背景下，大学计算机基础教学的智能化改革思路，强调发挥学生的综合应用能力以及自主创新能力，培养出适应新时代需求的人才。

Exploration on the Reform of Basic Computer Teaching in Universities in the New Era

Abstract：In 2018， the National Conference on Undergraduate Education of Institutions of Higher learning held by the Ministry of Education mentioned that in the new era， modern technologies such as the Internet， big data， artificial intelligence and virtual reality should be vigorously promoted in the application of teaching and management， and a diversified and collaborative classroom teaching model should be constructed.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of basic computer courses in universities from the perspectives of teaching， learning and examination， probes into the ideas of intelligent reform of basic computer courses in universities under the background of the new era， emphasizes the exertion of students' comprehensive application ability and independent innovation ability， and trains the talents to meet the needs of the new era.

新時代背景下，运用计算机解决学习、工作和生活中各种问题的能力已经成为新型人才的必备技能之一。计算机本身是一门学科，对其他学科的发展具有促进作用，计算机科学源于数学与工程化的思想，利用计算机解决实际问题的过程也是利用数学的方法和工程的思维方式去抽象和实现的过程，这也是计算机思维的核心，当代大学生对这种计算机思维的掌握非常必要。对此，在普通地方高校中，普遍开设了大学计算机基础作为一门公共基础课，通过比较全面、概括性地讲述计算机科学与技术学科的一些基础性知识和重要概念，并配合必要的实践教学[1]，使学生能够有意识地借鉴、引入计算机科学中的一些理论、技术和方法，能够掌握计算机的基本应用技能。如何践行教育……
