摘要：改革开放以来，我国不仅进一步加强了市场经济建设的力度，对于民生建设也有了越来越高的要求，既要满足人民群众日常物资与生活保障，也要使人民群众获得良好的精神服务需求，使人民群众能够在更为公平、公正、公开的环境下获得现代化的政府服务。而这便意味着，在信息技术持续发展的环境下，政府部门必须进一步加强现代化信息技术的使用能力，通过构建电子政务方式来为人民群众提供更为有效的政务服务，这其中便包括政府网站建设。运用计算机技术以及互联网技术建设政府网站，能够提供全新的政务服务平台，可以使政府部门所提供的服务工作获得全新的发展机遇，进一步促进自身政府公开与办事的透明度，利用政府网站的建设能够使服务型政府的建设更有公信力。

On the Understanding and Thinking of Government Website Construction

Abstract： Since the reform and opening， our country not only to further strengthen the construction of market economy， the construction of the people's livelihood has been more and more high request， should not only satisfy the People's Daily material life safeguard， also want to give the people the spirit of good service demand， enable the people to the more fair， fair and open environment for the modernization of government services. This means that， in the context of the continuous development of information technology， government departments must further strengthen the ability to use modern information technology， to provide more effective government services for the people through the construction of e-government way， which includes the construction of government website. Construction of government web sites using computer technology and Internet technology， can provide new governmental affairs service platform that can make the services provided by the government department for new development opportunities and further promote the government of the openness and transparency， and using the construction of government web site allows the construction of the service-type government has more credibility.

现在互联网技术以及相关概念已经深入人心，网络发展和信息技术革新正呈现出日新月异的趋势，直接影响着当下人们的生活和生产。现代都市下的人们无论是生活抑或是生产，都已经离不开网络技术和计算机技术的支持，人们也越来越适应利用网络资源进行相关工作的开展，这就意味着收集政府信息内容也呈现出在网络上进行开展的趋势。如何利用现代化的信息技术手段为人民群众提供全方位的、符合时代发展的创新服务将成为我国各级政府必须要面临的全新挑战，也将成为政府转型升级的重要途径。……
