摘  要：“善水文化”是我校校园文化建设的文化核心和精髓。在应用电子技术专业教学中融入“善水文化”内涵，有利于提升学生文化底蕴，提高学生的职业素养，使学生更好地习得专业知识和技能。本文分析了“善水文化”融入应用电子技术专业教学的需求，结合日常专业教学实践，在专业基础课程理论教学和实训教学中融入“善水文化”内涵，在专业社团和社区服务中践行“善水文化”内涵，就如何培养应用电子技术专业德才兼备的高素质人才进行了深入的探索。

Practical Research on Integrating "Shanshui Culture" into Applied Electronic Professional Teaching

Abstract："Shanshui Culture" is the core and essence cultural in the campus culture construction process of our school. Integrating the connotation of "Shanshui Culture" into Application of Electronic Technology professional teaching is conducive to enhancing students' cultural background， improving their professional quality and enabling them to acquire professional knowledge and skills much better. This paper analyzed the needs of "Shanshui Culture" to be integrated into the teaching of applied electronic technology specialty. Combining with the daily professional teaching practice， the connotation of "Shanshui Culture" is integrated into the theoretical teaching and practical teaching of professional basic courses， and the connotation of "Shanshui Culture" is practiced in professional associations and community services， so as to cultivate high-quality talents with both ability and political integrity.

老子在《道德经》中所说“上善若水。水善利万物而不争，处众人之所恶，故几于道。”“上善”是道德追求的至高境界，将这样的境界放之于水的意象上，可知“善水文化”蕴含着至高的教育特质[1-2]。“水文化”教育就是有目的、有计划、有组织地对受教育者的身心实施各种“善水文化”方面影响的教育，以将受教育者培养成为社会所需的专业人才[3]。“水利万物，德行天下”的“善水文化”一直是我校校园文化的核心与精髓，学校以园区产业发展的需求为导向，终极培养目标就是培养社会需要的高素质的劳动者，以满足高速发展的社会对人才的需求[4]。
