摘  要：军事职业教育贯穿军人的整个职业过程，要提升其质量必须创新教学方法。BOPPPS教学模式采用六个环节的形式具有层次感和逻辑性逐渐被广大教育工作者所采用，非常适用于新入职教员，能够帮助新教员根据教学目标科学设计教学内容、完善教学各环节，更有利于掌控课堂。文章根据高等职业技术教育的特点提出“双轮驱动”BOPPPS教学模式，以教员为主导，以学生为中心，以教学目标为导向，给出了该模式的策略与运用方法并提出了使用原则。

Abstract： Military vocational education runs through the whole career process of soldiers. In order to improve its quality， we must innovate teaching methods. Boppps teaching mode adopts the form of six links， which has a sense of hierarchy and logic， and is gradually adopted by the majority of educators. It is very suitable for new teachers. It can help new teachers design teaching content scientifically according to teaching objectives， improve teaching links， and be more conducive to controlling the classroom. According to the characteristics of higher vocational and technical education， this paper puts forward Boppps teaching mode of the "double wheel drive"， which is teacher-oriented， student-centered， and teaching goal-oriented. It gives the strategies and application methods of this mode， and puts forward the use principles.

党的十八届三中全会指出“要深化军队院校改革，健全军队院校教育、部队训练实践、军事职业教育三位一体的新型军事人才培养体系”。习近平主席指出“职业教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分，是培养高素质技能型人才的基础工程，要上下共同努力进一步办好”。随着科技的发展，信息正呈现爆炸式增长，教学和学习资源越来越丰富，传统教学和学习模式正发生深刻变化，培养习近平主席期望的高素质技能型人才对教员的要求越来越高，尤其是对刚开始从事高等职业技术教育的教员更是如此。高等职业技术教育是高等教育的重要环节，是职业技术教育体系的最高层级，其培养目标为崇尚技术型、专业设置体现职业性、课程内容注重应用性、教学过程突出实践性，与普通高等教育在目标和内核上有本质区别[1-4]。……
