摘 要 教师技术技能积累是人才培养、校企协同合作、科学研究、技术研发、成果转化的综合。首先给出了技术技能积累的内涵，分析了少数民族地区高职院校计算机专业教师技术技能积累中存在的问题，通过校企协同合作、多元化的教师培养、技术技能积累的传承发展推动高职院校技术技能积累。

Research on the Accumulation of Technological Skills of Teachers of Computer Major in Higher Vocational Colleges in Minority Areas

Abstract The accumulation of teachers' technical skills is a combination of talent training， school-enterprise collaboration， scientific research， technology research and development， and achievement transformation. First， the connotation of the accumulation of technical skills is given， and the problems existing in the accumulation of technical skills of computer teachers in higher vocational colleges in ethnic minority areas are analyzed. The development of the inheritance and development of school-enterprise collaboration， diversified teacher training， and accumulation of technical skills is promoted in vocational colleges.

《國务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》[1-2]中第十四条强化职业教育的技术技能积累作用，第一次提出职业教育技术技能积累的概念。技术和技能广义上是指在人类生产劳动的过程中所得到的知识、产生经验和技巧。技术技能的传承与创新分别是从两个不同的角度去考虑的，中国的传统文化、能够代代传递下去的属于传承积累，现代化技术、新材料、发明的新工艺、新装备、新一代信息技术等产业都属于创新积累。

《决定》中说明了推动高职院校进行技术技能积累的政策。高职院校的人才培养重点围绕各种技术的开发创新和产品设计等，在与政府、相关行业、各地企业协同合作的过程中，结合名教师工作室、技能大师工作室项目，共建校企协同研发平台、产品设计中心等，依托政府、行业、企业和学校四方力量，促进高职院校技术技能的积累与创新。

当前我国职业院校的技术掌握状况是：[3-4]大部分职业院校的专业教师的技术技能水平相比于企业来讲，一是不够新，二是掌握水平落后。……
