摘 要 大学生的学业发展与职业发展是高校育人工作的两大抓手，然而实务工作中学業促进与职业促进工作常缺乏联动。本文从学业发展与职业发展的统一性、斗争性切入，落脚于二者的辩证统一关系，进而探讨其辩证关系对高校学业发展与职业发展促进工作相融合的启发与指导。

Career Development of College Students

Abstract The academic development and career development of students are two major aspects of college education management. However， the promotion of academic development and career development are usually lack of interaction in practice.This article firstly analyzed the contradiction and unity between academic development and career development. And based on the dialectical relationship between academic development and career development， we discuss how to combine these two aspects to create win-win solution in practice.

学业发展指学生学业成绩的进步、专业知识的积累以及学历层次水平的提升。职业发展指学生职业目标探索、路径建立、资源准备以及成就获得。大学生的学业发展与职业发展是学生成长两大核心主题，也是高校育人工作的两大抓手，两者辩证统一，密不可分。然而在高校实务中，常见学生将学业发展规划与职业发展规划相脱离，学校在学业促进与职业发展促进工作中缺乏联动。澄清两者的关系，可为提升高校人才培养质量提供理论基础与实践方向。然而目前还少有研究深入地探讨学业发展与职业发展的内在关联与相互作用。本文从学业发展与职业发展的统一性、斗争性切入，落脚于二者的辩证统一关系，进而探讨其辩证关系对高校学业发展与职业发展促进工作相融合的启发与指导。

1 同一性：相互融合促进，树立“学业+职业”贯通发展目标

学业发展与职业发展是相互依存，相互促进的，学业发展与职业发展具有共同的前进方向，这个一致的前趋力推动双方产生同频共振。……
