摘  要：幼儿时期的小朋友正处于身心成长的关键时期，可塑性极强，进而在幼儿教育阶段、在开展科学文化知识启蒙的过程中，就要做好对幼儿的德育教育工作，在培养幼儿德育意识，提升幼儿德育素养的过程中，助力幼儿养成真、善、美意识。就此，本文主要从幼儿园德育教育工作的意义，以及为人师表、绘本故事、生活渗透、主题活动、家园共育几方面入手，简要探析幼儿园德育教育工作的有效开展。

The effective development of moral education in kindergartens

【Abstract】Children are in the critical period of physical and mental growth，plasticity is very strong，and then in the early childhood education stage，in the process of carrying out the enlightenment of scientific and cultural knowledge，it is necessary to do a good job of moral education for children，in the process of cultivating children's moral awareness and improving their moral quality，to help children develop a sense of truth，kindness，beauty. In this regard，this paper，starting from the significance of moral education in kindergartens，as well as the themes of life in picture-book stories for teachers and common education in homes，briefly analyzes the effective development of moral education in kindergartens.

随着新课程改革步伐的不断进步与发展，全面素质教育理念越来越深入人心，随之道德品质教育在幼儿教育中也呈现出越来越重要的地位和引领作用。进而幼儿园和幼儿教师作为启蒙教育的重要场所和主要实施者，就要有意识的将德育教育引入幼儿园的一日活动当中，着眼于幼儿的良好习惯养成与道德品质培养，在不断的总结与实践中促成幼儿教育的高质量、高水平发展，也助力幼儿的全面、健康成长。基于此，本文作者便立足自身幼儿教育经验，就幼儿园德育教育工作的开展进行简要探析如下，以供各位一线幼教工作者参考交流，以期能够给幼儿德育教育工作的开展发表一些拙见，助力新时期幼儿教育的可持续发展。

1.幼儿园德育教育的重要意义

幼儿时期是小朋友们身心成长的重要阶段，也是对其展开知识教育与行为引领教育的启蒙时期，这一时期幼儿园德育教育工作的开展，对幼儿将来的成长和发展有着重要的影响意义。……
