摘  要：伴随着我国美术教师行业的不断革新与进步，美术教师的职业素养和知识储备已经不能满足于现状，需要跟随时代的脚步不断地变化和发展。新时代的美术教师需要不断坚定伟大而长远的理想信念，树立与时俱进和终身学习的教育观念，深入研读美术相关教材，对于自身的发展做一个科学、合理的规划。与此同时，要深刻明确和认知自身的专业发展方向，并对教学过程中出现的问题进行认真、仔细地分析和思考，从根本上减少和防止类似教学问题的再次出现，促进自身专业能力的长足发展和学生的综合进步。

Analysis on the promotion of professional growth of art teachers by effective ways

【Abstract】With the continuous innovation and progress of China's art teacher industry，the professional quality and knowledge reserve of art teachers have been unable to meet the current situation，and they need to keep changing and developing with the pace of the times. Art teachers in the new era need to constantly strengthen their great and long-term ideals and beliefs，establish the educational concept of keeping pace with the times and lifelong learning，deeply study art related teaching materials，and make a scientific and reasonable plan for their own development. At the same time，it is necessary to have a deep understanding of its own professional development direction，and seriously and carefully analyze and think about the problems in the teaching process，so as to fundamentally reduce and prevent the recurrence of similar teaching problems，and promote the rapid development of its own professional ability and the comprehensive progress of students.

傳统的教育模式已经落后于如今的新时代，教育变革是大势所趋。其中，我国美术新课改和素质教育对于美术教学和美术教师都有了新的要求和规定，紧跟美术教育的发展方向，不断提升自身的专业素养和美术能力，无论是教学模式，还是教学理论，都需要进行不断地更新和变化，使得美术教学永远保持着新鲜感。因此，美术教师需要不断锻炼，促进自身创新意识和创新精神的培养和提升，在一定程度上促进美术教师朝着专业化、职业化的方向发展。

1.以德为先，培养自身的敬业精神

美术教学涉及到的知识是广泛的，想要更好地教学，就需要美术教师去不断地埋头学习和实践，并且具有乘风破浪的勇气和信心，去丰富自身的专业知识和其它知识储备，这是敬业精神的一种具体体现。……
