摘  要：基于OBE教学理念，结合商品学课程在传统教学中存在的问题，进一步明确商品学课程目标，利用信息化教学平台，采用单元化教学+课程实践，积极推行课堂翻转，对商品学教学过程进行优化设计，提出了适用于应用型本科教学改革的方案，实现课程教学目标与专业人才培养紧密结合，与信息化教学深度融合，通过学生成绩对比和调查问卷分析，论证了OBE教学理念下的商品学教学模式在应用型本科教学改革中具有较好的效果。

Absrtact： Based on the teaching concept of OBE， combined with the problems existing in the traditional teaching of the commodity science course， the objectives of the commodity science course are further clarified， utilizing the information-based teaching platform， and the unit teaching+course practice is adopted to actively promote the classroom flipping， this paper optimizes the teaching process of commodity science， puts forward a scheme suitable for the teaching reform of application-oriented undergraduate course， to realize the close combination of the teaching objectives and the training of professional talents， as well as the deep integration of information-based teaching， through the comparison of students' scores and the questionnaires analysis， this paper demonstrates that the teaching mode of commodity science under the OBE teaching concept has a good effect in the application-oriented undergraduate teaching reform.

OBE（Outcomes-based Education）是基于成果導向的教育教学理念。目前，这一理念已经成为国内教育教学的研究热点。以中国知网中文期刊全文数据库为例，至今，文章篇名中含有OBE的搜索文章数量为4 483篇，2020年度（1～10月）为1 036篇，2019年度为1 117篇，2018年度为646篇，2017年度为289篇，对OBE的研究呈现出逐年热化的现象。该理念强调以学生为核心、以成果为导向，重视教学持续改进。与传统的高等教育理念相比，OBE教育理念更重视学生的学习目标和学习成果，着重强调学生真正具备步入社会后所需要的知识、能力和素质的培养。因此，该方法非常符合应用型本科教学改革需要。本研究将以基于OBE教学模式的《商品学》课程改革与实践为例，探讨应用型物流管理专业课程的教学改革模式。
