摘  要：产教融合是高等教育体制改革的重要趋势。首先，文章提出了产教融合是缓解高等教育人才培养和产业需求矛盾的重要途径，并阐释了工程管理硕士中我国高校设置物流工程与管理专业、研究方向等基本情况。然后，在产教融合背景下提出了工程管理硕士培养模式所存在的基本问题与主要原因。最后，提出了推进工程管理硕士产教融合培养模式改革的策略与措施。旨在完善以实践应用型人才为导向工程管理硕士培养体系，为国家和社会培养高质量、高素质的高级工程管理人才。

Abstract： The industry-education integration is an important trend for of higher education reform. Firstly， industry-education integration is an important way to alleviate the contradiction between talent training and industry demand in higher education， and the basic situation of logistics engineering and management and research direction is illustrated for master of engineering management in China. Then， the basic problems and main reasons for master of engineering management training mode are put forward under industry-education integration. Finally， the strategies and measures for promoting industry-education integration for master of engineering management training mode reform are proposed. This paper aims to improve the training system of master of engineering management oriented by practical and applied talents， and aims to cultivate high-quality senior engineering management talents for our country and society.

2017年10月18日，习近平同志在十九大报告中指出，要深化产教融合，发展“产教融合、校企一体”的办学模式。产教融合是实现应用型高校跨越式发展的重要途径，也是提升高校人才培养质量的关键途径。我国教育事业蓬勃发展的同时，受各方面因素干扰，人才供给侧与产业结构需求侧不能完全相适应，因此，深化产教融合对于培养优秀教育人才，推动教育体制改革创新具有重要现实意义。

产教融合是实现应用型高校跨越式发展和更好地服务区域经济的重要途径，通过专业与产业对接、学校与企业对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接等方式实现高校与产业的深度合作，从而提升高校人才培养质量[1]。甘俊伟等研究产教融合背景下，冷链物流人才培养情况，基于产教融合和校企合作思想，提出深化校企改革、打造双师双能型师资队伍建设等策略，提升冷链物流人才培养水平[2]。……
