摘  要：种植活动为幼儿提供了更多的接触自然的机会，对培养幼儿观察能力、动手能力、自主探索及思维发展发挥着重要作用。放权给幼儿，以自主学习为主开展种植活动，能够充分发挥幼儿学习上的自主性，增强幼儿的实践经验，锻炼幼儿的综合能力。

On the Autonomous Learning of Large Class Children in Planting Activities

【Abstract】planting activities provide more opportunities for children to contact with nature，and play an important role in cultivating children's observation ability，hands-on ability，independent exploration and thinking development.Devolution of authority to children and carrying out planting activities based on autonomous learning can give full play to children's learning autonomy，enhance their practical experience and exercise their comprehensive ability.

傳统种植活动中，常见的活动方式是教师作出决定，幼儿集体跟着参与。自主学习方式，则是围绕幼儿个体发展，让幼儿自主参与到种植的各个环节当中，通过自主探索和学习，获得知识与经验。教师需要为幼儿创造自主学习的环境，放权给幼儿，发挥其学习的主体作用，使其用自己的学习方式参与到种植活动当中，在活动中获得知识能力、情感态度以及价值观的发展。

1.在种植计划中自主学习

兴趣是驱使行为的最大动力，幼儿在种植活动的自主学习也来源于兴趣。当前很多幼儿园种植活动的开展，通常都是教师制定种植计划，然后带着幼儿一起种植。种植活动确实是幼儿比较喜欢的一项活动，但是一系列的过程都由教师主导，幼儿只是跟随教师的行动，无疑是非常被动的，那么，幼儿的兴趣也无法得到充分地激发，他们的自主性当然也无法完全地体现出来。种植环节中选择种植哪些植物是发展幼儿学习自主性的最佳契机，特别是大班的幼儿。例如，在春天的时候，教师组织幼儿一起将种植区域整理出来，然后与他们一起讨论要种植什么植物。……
