摘  要：随着新时期课程改革如火如荼的开展，语言的构建与应用等核心素养内容受到教育界人士的高度关注，与之息息相关的初中语文作文教学改革也正在大力推进。所谓核心素养，重点指新时期学生所应该具备的与社会建设和时代发展相一致的关键能力，是每一名莘莘学子努力的方向。基于此，本文将以初中语文作文教学为例，阐述强化新时期核心素养教育的相关策略。

【Abstract】with the development of curriculum reform in the new era，the construction and application of language and other core literacy content has been highly concerned by the education community，and the reform of junior high school Chinese composition teaching is also vigorously promoted.The so-called core quality refers to the key ability that students should have in line with social construction and the development of the times in the new era，which is the direction of every student's efforts.Based on this，this paper will take junior high school Chinese composition teaching as an example to elaborate the relevant strategies of strengthening core literacy education in the new period.

随着时代的发展和社会的进步，各行各业均对新时期的人才综合素质提出了更高的要求，核心素养这一新型教育理念由此而登上教育舞台。客观来说，核心素养教育侧重强调文化基础、自主发展以及社会参与等，要求培养学生各方面的综合素质。因此，新时期的初中语文教师必须高举素质教育的旗帜，加速语文作文教学创新，为学生营造核心素养培育氛围，促进学生全面发展。

1.夯实学生文化基础

对于中学阶段的学生而言，他们的学习能力和创造能力正处于飞速发展的黄金时期，初中阶段的文化基础对于学生的终身发展具有基石作用。因此，广大中学语文教师在开展语文作文教学的过程中，必须侧重培养学生的内在精神涵养，切实提升学生的文化基础，确保学生成为理论知识扎实、精神追求高远的新时期人才。同时，教师应该认识到学生文化基础的夯实是推动学生核心素养培育的核心关键与必要之举，能够真正帮助学生找准写作重心，避免学生在写作过程中出现无话可说的情况，彰显学生的文化水平和文化感悟。……
