摘 要 思政教育与医学专业知识讲授相结合是医学教育的发展趋势。较高的思想政治觉悟是一名专业麻醉医生必备的良好素养，但目前麻醉学科存在人才短缺、在医院地位相对低、工作强度大、医生临床知识欠缺等问题。为贯彻落实“健康中国战略”，应通过课程思政教育的模式提高麻醉医生自身素养，使麻醉医生在工作中具有更专业的技能、更强的责任心、更高的职业道德。同时应加强思政教育师资队伍建设，促进思政教育的可持续发展。

Abstract To combine ideological and political education with medical professional knowledge is the development trend of medical education. Higher ideological and political consciousness is a good quality necessary for a professional anesthesiologist， but at present， there remain some problems in anesthesiology development， such as shortage of talents， low status in the hospital， heavy work intensity and lack of clinical knowledge. In order to implement the "Healthy China Strategy"， it is crucial to improve the quality of anesthesiologists through ideological and political education， so that anesthesiologists can have more professional skills， stronger sense of responsibility and higher professional ethics in work. Meanwhile， to strengthen teacher team construction is important for the sustainable development of ideological and political education.

不久前，国务院总理李克强主持召开常务会议，部署加快医学教育创新发展，为维护人民健康提供人才保障，其中有一条信息和麻醉学界息息相关：扩大麻醉、感染、重症、儿科研究生招生规模。2020年9月23日，中国政府网发布《国务院办公厅关于加快医学教育创新发展的指导意见》（下简称《意见》），《意见》指出要全面提高对麻醉学科人才培养质量的关注，使得麻醉学科发展再迎重磅好消息。推动课程思政，有利于构建全员、全程、全课程育人格局，使医学专业类课程与思想政治教育相结合，能够在医学教育中产生最大的能动效应，实现“立德树人”任务，[1]从而提高年轻麻醉医生的综合水平。经过此次疫情，我们深刻的认识到，在国家危难之际，医务工作者做出了重大贡献;麻醉医生更是冒着巨大的风险，为危重病人进行抢救气管插管，起到了举足轻重的作用;所以将课程思政融入麻醉医学生教育中尤为重要。……
