摘 要 高校辅导员熟悉大学生思想动态、具备一定的课堂教学能力、组织协调能力强、实践经验丰富，高校辅导员承担思政课教学工作有助于增强思想政治理论课的吸引力和亲和力，更贴近学生专业特点和关注点的教学设计进一步提升思想政治理论课的实效性。高校辅导员承担思政课教学工作需要从加强领导、完善保障和激励机制、搭建多维协同育人平台等方面实现，通过实际措施提升高校辅导员与思政课教师在思想政治工作中的高效融合，落实立德树人的根本任务，引导大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，培养新时代德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

Abstract College counselors are familiar with the ideological trends of college students， have certain classroom teaching ability， strong organization and coordination ability， and have rich practical experience. College counselors' undertaking of Ideological and political teaching helps to enhance the attraction and affinity of Ideological and political theory courses， and are closer to students. The teaching design of students' professional characteristics and concerns further improves the effectiveness of Ideological and political theory course. College counselors should strengthen the leadership， improve the guarantee and incentive mechanism， and build a multi-dimensional collaborative education platform to undertake the ideological and political teaching work. Through practical measures， college counselors and ideological and political teachers can effectively integrate in the ideological and political work， implement the fundamental task of moral education， guide college students to establish a correct world outlook， outlook on life， values， and cultivate talents， to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality， intelligence， sports， beauty and labor in the new era.

1辅导员参与思想政治理论课教学工作的内在优势

1.1辅导员具备教学技能和教学能力，能够独立承担思政课教学任务

辅导员政治素养高、理想信念坚定，具有较强的政治敏锐性和政治判别力，在日常工作中是学生成长成才的引路人，为辅导员承担思政课教学工作提供了基本保证。高校辅导员具有较高的学历，很多辅导员持有高校教师资格证具备教学资格和授课能力，在实践中，辅导员也承担一些大学生心理健康、就业指导、党课等专题课程。高校思政课中比如“形势与政策”课程，除了思政课教师讲授以外，辅导员也承担了一些专题的授课内容。很多高校的辅导员积极承担思想政治理论课的实践教学内容，带领学生来到田间地头、纪念馆、博物馆、工厂车间，在这些教学活动中辅导员积累了丰富的教学经验，提高了自身的教学技能，探索出引导学生将理论和实践相结合的教学方法。……
